Questionnaire Change or Add Questions
For example, you may wish to add your own department, job level and location questions to make the demographic section more relevant to your organisation.

Make the questionnaire look and feel like an internal application. Use your own images, font faces, font colours and remove OnBoarder/great{with}talent elements (except legal & copyright notices).
Custom Invite Email Content
Use your words and tone in the emails new hires receive.
Languages
OnBoarder is available in 18 languages with new languages becoming available on a regular basis. You can pick which languages you need and we'll add them to your account.

Process Group Reports

A 'landing page' to give new hires direct access to the questionnaire (via a secure link). Extremely useful if employees do not have access to email or are based in multiple locations.

We'll deal with all technical support queries and questions regarding the use of the exit questionnaire on your behalf.
Bespoke Candidate Manager
You can have up to 10 additional fields in the Candidate Manager that allow you to input additional criteria for your new hires e.g. from simple administration information to scores from other assessments.
